Ray started out as a mechanic apprentice with Bev Folkins ltd. In 1971,the local ford New Holland dealer. while there he first became a licensed mechanic, then moved into the parts dept. for many years. In 2007, Arbing Equipment was looking for a service manager with a sound background in the farm equipment business. Ray applied, and as they say, the rest is history. with up to 8 mechanics under his watchful eyes, every day brings new challenges.
