Bob Ness started working for the dealership in 1998, however in the last few years, he has had some health issues that put him on sick leave for a while. bob hopes to come back sometime in the future on a part time basis

BLAINE WARMAN
Blaine warman started his sales career in 1976 in Sussex area as feed salesman, and has been in the farm equipment business since then. he joined the arbing team in 2002. blaine would be glad to answer any questions you might have.

KIRK WARMAN
Kirk Warman started his career in the agricultural industry at the farm level, then moved on to Delaval for a time. In 2007 Arbing Equipment was looking to add another salesman to their staff, so Kirk assumed this position. Being brought up in the business as Blaine Warmans eldest son, he had an idea what challenges he was getting into.
