BOB NESS
Bob Ness started his career in the farm equipment business in 1970 as mechanic at a Ford tractor dealership, eventually buying the business in 1984, running it til 1994. However, change was in the wind for small dealerships, so Bob closed down the dealership and returned to mechanic work for a short time. In 1999, Bill Arbing had decided to expand his business, realizing that he needed to hire more sales staff, so a deal was struck between the two tough negotiators, and Bob began his red career.

BLAINE WARMAN
Blaine warman started his sales career in 1976 in Sussex area as feed salesman, holding different sales positions in the farm equipment business until 2002 when Blaine accepted a sales position with

KIRK WARMAN
Kirk Warman started his career in the agricultural industry at the farm level, then moved on to Delaval for a time. In 2007 Arbing Equipment was looking to add another salesman to their staff, so Kirk assumed this position. Being brought up in the business as Blaine Warmans eldest son, he had an idea what challenges he was getting into.
